If you do not own a FTP program to upload files, you can access your FTP through the internet. There are two ways to do this. I hope these help!
Method 1
Method 1 only works on Internet Explorer!
1) Open up internet explorer and copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the following on the address bar: ftp://username:password@ftpserver
2) Replace "username" with your username/login, "password" with your password, and "ftpserver" with your ftp server and hit enter.
3) Usually, you will see a text-based page with links to all your folders and such. You must change it to FTP view by going to the "Page" or "View" menu and clicking "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer." This will then open a new window showing icons.
4) To upload files, you simply open up the folder with all your files and drag it from that window to the other.
Method 2
1) If you like File Managers like the ones on free servers (Ex: Freewebs), then this method would be better for you. Simply go to this site.
2) Once you are there, just fill out the required information and login.
3) Now you can treat it just like any other File Manager!
